Meet Robert Faria, a trailblazer at ZoomRx whose career trajectory so far exemplifies our commitment to talent development and innovation. Starting as a Senior Consultant in 2022, Robert quickly showcased exceptional expertise and leadership in Consulting which helped him get promoted to Engagement Manager in 2023. As Engagement Manager, he has been leading impactful projects and fostering client relationships for high quality deliverables. Beyond client engagements, Robert has collaborated seamlessly with our internal Product Development and Maintenance team to build and bring to life our ZoomRx TV offering in 2024. Robert has demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify opportunities and build upon his entrepreneurial spirit with the support of our leadership team and collaborative culture. Pranav UT

Engagement Manager, Consulting, US

Meet Pranav UT, who is a testament to global growth and career advancement opportunities here at ZoomRx. Starting on our India team as an Associate in 2015 providing data analysis and deep insights support, Pranav grew through several ranks to a manager position in 2021 where he was overseeing all projects for a few assigned accounts carrying in depth understanding of client business and ZoomRx service lines, products, and delivery approaches. By delivering executional excellence and demonstrating keen interest in helping his colleagues succeed, Pranav was provided the opportunity to move to the US as a Senior Consultant in 2022 focused on client relationships and project delivery where he began to become deeply involved in Learning and Development for the Consulting Organization.  Since his move to the US, Pranav has been promoted to Engagement Manager in 2023 and contributed to enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our workforce through a wide range of activities including training programs, workshops, and mentorship.

Colby Thomas

Meet Colby Thoms, who took strides to fortify ZoomRx capabilities globally. Starting as a Consultant in 2021, being promoted to Senior Consultant in 2022, and then again to Engagement Manager in 2023 has provided Colby the foundation to closely engage with clients, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. This laid the foundation for her contribution to expanding our global capabilities to further position ZoomRx as a strong and experienced insights partner for our clients’ US and Global research needs. Colby took initiative to equip our internal team with thorough guidance and training to execute global projects, while collaborating with our operations team to create ZoomRx’s Standard Operating Procedures for conducting market research projects in non-US markets. Ty Harkness

Meet Ty Harkness, who in just six years, transformed from a Consultant in 2018 to the Chief of Staff for Product Development and Maintenance in 2022. Ty’s expertise as a collaborative catalyst has laid the foundation for an exceptional journey marked by rapid growth and invaluable contributions. Ty played a pivotal role in establishing and ensuring the operational success of ZoomRx's Customer Engagement Center of Excellence during the life science industry's rapid shift to a post-pandemic world. More recently, he has helped shape ZoomRx’s strategic direction via a leadership role in ZoomRx's Product Development and Maintenance organization, helping to launch, refine, and scale innovative new product offerings such as ZoomRx Media Tracking, Ferma, and Commercial Analytics. Ty’s leadership and dedication demonstrates how to successfully navigate in ambiguous environments while effectively collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders. Here ZoomRx-ers are rewarded for their talent and commitment.

Sai Arjun

PRODUCT CONSULTANT, INdia

Meet Sai Arjun, a remarkable ZoomRx-er whose journey within our company reflects the unparalleled adaptability and commitment to excellence of our workforce. Sai started as a Quality Assurance Engineer in 2018 and quickly grew to a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in 2020 where he spent his time developing and taking an active part in the discovery and design phases of product feature development and testing to guarantee an error free final product. In 2021, Arjun decided to transition from the Product team to the Consulting team where he started as a Business Associate then grew to an Associate Consultant and lastly to a Consultant position. As a Consultant, Arjun is working side by side with our clients and cross geographical team delivering impactful and concise presentation to clients, while incorporating cutting-edge presentations, visualizations, and delivery methods. Arjun’s dedication and our commitment to personal and professional growth is a testament to opportunities for advancement that push the boundaries beyond traditional growth paths.

Melvin Justin

SENIOR CONSULTANT, INdia

Meet Melvin Justin, who has demonstrated remarkable growth and ability to make a meaningful impact beyond ZoomRx. Melvin started as an Associate Consultant in 2021 and quickly grew to a Consultant and then Senior Consultant both in 2022. From managing recruitment efforts to collaborating with vendors and enhancing the SPI tool in collaboration with the tech team, Melvin consistently delivers exceptional results. Beyond his project-related responsibilities, Melvin’s proactive approach shines through his willingness to go above and beyond. He has contributed to ZoomRx’s community by writing insightful blogs and utilizing his expertise in Python to support the expansion of ZoomRx’s panel to further reach more HCPs, patients, and other audience in hopes of creating a bigger impact in life sciences. Here, your contributions are at the forefront of life science breakthrough. 

Ratul Raveendran

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEAD, INdia

Meet Ratul Raveendran, whose contributions extend beyond project deliverables and make a direct impact on the lives of many. Ratul started his career at ZoomRx as a Software Development Engineer in 2012 where he displayed an innate aptitude for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. His coding skills were exemplary, consistently delivering high-quality solutions that surpassed expectations which led to him being promoted to Senior Software Development Engineer in 2015. Over time, he received a few promotions until he reached his current position in 2021 as Software Development Lead. In this position, he’s had the opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives internally by coaching the developers and allowing them to thrive and excel toward solving for ZoomRx and externally by playing a crucial role in building products using GenAI/LLM to drive further client insights. Here, his work is not just part of a job, it’s a bigger purpose to impact and transform lives.

Roxanne Peluri

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT, INdia

Meet Roxanne Peluri, who is an example of the smart, agile, and earnest people at ZoomRx who make meaningful contributions to the company’s success. Roxanne joined in 2020 as an Accountant and was promoted to Sr. Accountant in 2022. In her role, Roxanne interacts with most ZoomRx-ers through her responsibility of accounting tasks for both the US and IN which she has handled with professionalism, kindness, and great care. Roxanne contributed to the success of a seamless transition to a new accounting system for our India team that she engineered in collaboration with a colleague. Her work ethic and attention to detail has translated into timely and accurate monthly financial closes for ZoomRx which helps leaders understand our business and plan efficiently for future growth. Although Roxanne’s contributions may be behind the scenes on some occasions, she is always willing to lend a helping hand and contribute to the continued forward financial progress of ZoomRx. Maria Manisha

Talent Acquisition Lead, India

Meet Maria Manisha, who expanded her horizons and embraced new challenges through ZoomRx’s mentorship and fostering of talent. Manisha started at ZoomRx as a Senior Recruiter in 2019 where she was responsible for securing talent to help grow ZoomRx. In her role as Senior Recruiter, Manisha not only succeeded in her role but mentored others on her team to success which led to her promotion to Talent Acquisition Manager in 2022. Manisha’s new role extends beyond conventional recruitment; she spearheaded recruitment delivery initiatives and championed a transition to 100% digital recruitment process. Her strategic mindset and adept leadership coupled with ZoomRx’s commitment to professional development have ensured optimal outcomes in talent acquisition for India. Here, commitment to innovation and excellence is encouraged.  

Sarvatha Sundarajan

Senior Organizational Development Associate, INDIA

Meet Sarvatha Sundarajan, who has shown creativity in her role in not only bringing ZoomRx teams together but beyond that to ensuring new and current ZoomRxers are engaged. Sarvatha started at ZoomRx as an Organizational Development intern in 2021 where she focused on bringing teams together post pandemic when the organization had shifted to a remote environment. She transformed her role from engagement to managing processes and operations at each stage of the employee life cycle which led to her promotion as Organizational Development Associate in 2022. Her ability to connect with others and build interpersonal relationships in her roles has increased employee feedback and well-being initiatives. In 2023 she was promoted to Senior Associate where she manages end-to-end operations within onboarding, employee feedback, and engagement. Sarvatha’s sense of ownership, quality, and velocity in all her projects plus her creativity has led to her success in a short time and increased employee engagement. Here, you gain a sense of ownership and independence at any level.
