The Business Analysis team at ZoomRx is responsible for turning raw data into powerful insights and delivering those insights to our clients. We seek a motivated, experienced professional to join our Business Analysis Team in our Chennai office, as an Associate Consultant. What ​does an Associate Consultant do:
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation.
- Working with multiple pharma clients to understand strategic context and key objectives of the project.
- Designing, planning and implementing multiple projects.
- Planning project execution and internal resource requirements .
- Driving project execution by managing a team of associates and data scientists.
- Delivering impactful, concise presentations to clients, that incorporate cutting edge data presentation, visualizations, and delivery methods.
- To execute these responsibilities, an Associate Consultant is expected to have a solid foundation of pharma experience. S/He is also expected to be extremely motivated, independent and agile. A ZoomRx Associate Consultant must possess high-quality standards, sound business judgment, and compelling presentation skills.

- Master’s degree in either life-sciences related OR quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business) and strong academic credentials.
- Under graduates with 3 to 5 years experience in market research, business analytics, or Post Graduates with 1.5 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Exposure to and deep understanding of multiple therapeutic areas is preferred.

Position Summary:

ZoomRx is expanding rapidly. We are seeking a passionate, persistent Sales Development Associate (SDA) to be part of the front-line of this exciting expansion. Our Business Development team spends significant time (over email, phone, and other channels) to important decision-makers within the most innovative and important bio-pharmaceutical companies in the country. The SDA will bring new, qualified prospective clients to our consulting leaders to form lasting relationships. Successful candidates will be politely persistent and cheerfully competitive.

SDAs will be early hires on a growing demand generation team. The position will be high-impact and high-visibility. SDAs report directly to the VP of Consulting.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage a high volume of outbound communications (phone, email, etc.) to cold and warm prospects (>75 per day)
-Learn about ZoomRx, the industry, prospective clients, and specific marketing/sales campaigns, absorbing new material quickly and translating that into compelling messaging
-Maintain a positive and resilient attitude at all times; thrive in a challenging environment where rejection is a core part of moving towards success
-Own the entire sales development process for all novel growth (growth within clients new to ZoomRx)
-Prospective client research - identifying profiles of prospective clients that align with current marketing campaigns
-Prospecting - creating and refining target lists of specific prospective companies, accounts, and individuals
-Initial engagement - designing and executing multi-channel outreach across targets
-Lead qualification - assessing the viability of targets
-Empower closing - collaborating with sales leadership and content experts to close deals
-Be ultimately responsible for delivering tangible, consistent novel growth
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
-1 - 3 years of experience in similar sales or development role
-Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
-Comfortable meeting and exceeding weekly quotas and handling rejection
-Reliable, strong, and positive work ethic
-Previous experience in life-sciences or healthcare marketing (preferred)

The Senior QA Engineer leads the development of functionality, regression testing solutions as well as the development of test plans for both existing and new products, tasked with developing and enhancing both manual and automated tests and he/she creates a zero-tolerance culture for bugs and defects in the products that ZoomRx develops and also actively takes part in the discovery and design phases of new product feature development and promotes continuous testing in an attempt to guarantee an error-free final product.

-Work with developers closely to understand the technical architecture and how each feature is implemented.
-Work with business teams to understand user stories and their acceptance criteria.
-Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities and advocate for quality features within cross-functional development teams.
-Develop and efficiently execute functional, regression, and integration tests based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and/or functional specifications.
-Translate test cases to automation scripts using Java (or equivalent OO language) for UI / API tests.
-Retrospect defects, Analyse root cause & follow up with developers and other teams on the resolution.
-Interpret and report testing results, and maintain quality in every phase of the development process.
-Drive continuous improvement to the quality of ZoomRx products and processes.
What do we look for in you?
-Bachelor's in CS or related field, 4 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance.
-Ability to write code in Java.
-Excellent QA aptitude and ability to drive process improvements.
-Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools such as selenium.
-Ability to write test plans, test strategy, and test case documents.
-Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data.
